Surface Planning & Installation Services
Not Sure Which Surface Is Right for Your Space?
What Is Poured-in-place Rubber Surfacing?
Poured-in-place rubber surfacing is a two-layer system that creates a permanent, resilient safety surface installed directly on-site.
The process begins with an attenuation base layer made from recycled rubber buffings — this provides the critical shock absorption required for fall height protection. That foundational layer is then covered with a wear course of colored EPDM or TPV rubber granules bound with polyurethane adhesive.
The result is a unitary rubber surface with no gaps, no seams, and no weak points — custom-poured to any shape, slope, or layout.
What Makes Us Different?
- Irregular shapes & curved borders
- Integrated high-fidelity graphics
- Precise grade & slope variations
- Site-specific drainage solutions
"Loose-fill materials require constant maintenance. Properly installed poured-in-place maintains integrity for years with no gaps for debris or weeds."
